The Board of Directors of the Flint Hills Regional Leadership Program have declared the application period for the 2018-19 class offering “officially opens May 15”, according to Executive Director Jack Lindquist, Manhattan.

We have never had more opportunity or greater need for well informed, collaborative, decisive leadership. That is possible through 21st Century proactive servant leadership development.”
“Participants to-date have one thing in common, the desire to better life and livelihood in the northern Flint Hills”, Lindquist added. “Although all of our classes, have been phenomenal since the program was formed in 1992, we get even more excited for each new class recruitment period.” More than 500 participants have completed the experiential learning process to-date yet the desire and drive to better our regions communities is growing and that is reflected with every application we review”.
Board chair Brian Peterson added, “Going through the Flint Hills Regional Leadership Program was an invaluable experience, and one that I cannot recommend highly enough. It afforded me the opportunity to build some great relationships, taught me how to be a more complete leader, and provided wonderful insight into what the different communities and organizations in our region have to offer. The FHRLP experience is without equal.”
